Burley With or Without Smoke (Pt3)

Filed under Styles of Tobacco, Videos {no comments}

To finish of this series, i have mixed Burley 50/50 with Kentucky.

Smells like a mix between the two. Left for a fews hours to settle. Smokes well, has a good meld of the 2 flavours. Still needs more, something extra. The spectrum of flavour seems to closely grouped.

To sum all this up, Burley has its place in Cigarettes/RYO & Pipe Tobaccos. The smooth and cool smoke makes it pleasing and enjoyable to smoke. The tobaccos soaks up flavours well, both added and from blending. Does carry a good nicotine content too.

Kentucky on the other hand is totally different beast. Stronger and has much more body, the smoking process gives a earthy smoky taste. Often just used to give body and complexity but makes a powerful base for blends.
