Fun at Fardon

im a fan of trotting, especially on the Trent. My usual goto is a lovely 13ft Specialist Float Road, it’s weightless to fish with and responsive on the strike. But I’ve always been tempted by a Bollo, a 6 or 7m plus rod will let me get right out there and fish deep. So I risked a cheap one from fishdeal, £35 for a 7m rod. So seemed like a great place to try it
